SafeLock glazing system, glazing bar factory assembled interlocking panels, glazed with 25mm multi-wall polycarbonate. All panels are fitted with integral stainles steel safety rods and special locking fittings. These panels have been extensively tested by the BRE and have a class B
non-fragile assembly classification with panel sizes up to 2000mm x 1020mm in length with supports at 1500mm, maximum 1020mm panel width. All aluminium to be polyester powder coated paint finish to BS/6496.
Design Spans:
When interlocked, the maximum span achieved between intermediate supports is a maximum of 1500mm centres. Smaller spans of up to 2000mm can be spanned with the need of extra supports. This data is accurate for most UK areas, however, we recommend that you consult our technical department for assistance should extreme conditions apply.

Each unit comprises of, interlocking extruded aluminium male/female rafter profiles and top and bottom extruded aluminium edge profiles. Both male and female rafter sections have integral water management channels and are designed to be utilised without the need for gasket seals. |
