1No 1,000mm x 1,000mm Overall upstand size, NLS Mono-pitch NaturalSpan glass rooflight, aluminium glazing bar gasketed system with secondary water management including aluminium flashings to suit, all polyester powder coated paint finish to BS 6496 colour tint TBC. Unit fixing to a prepared upstand supplied by others. Unit to be complete with 1No. 24v smoke vent opening unit.

NLS Smoke Vent
2No 1,000mm x 1,000mm Roof Opening Size, F100 double skin dome rooflight as an EN12101-2 certified smoke vent, unit is complete with a 300mm GRP insulated upstand and 24v motor which is secured centrally in the kerb opening to 165°. polycarbonate is supplied as the glazing. The motor is supplied as mill finished. (All wiring and controls by others)
