NaturaLight FastLock is an innovative glazing solution that features a unique interlocking aluminium glazing bar system to offer a simple and economic glazing solution.
The product offers a range of benefits including excellent light transmission, good load bearing properties, high standards of thermal insulation and exceptional weather resistance. Units can be supplied with custom perimeter edge flashing to suit individual projects, with the FastLock system available as both standard 16mm and enhanced 25mm UV protected structured polycarbonate.
Each modular unit is designed to suit specific project requirements, therefore on site modification is significantly reduced. The system can be used as a replacement for old patent glazing and rooflight applications as well as offering an alternative solution to new canopies and walkways.
Both the 16mm triple wall or 25mm multiwall polycarbonate is available in a choice of clear, opal or bronze glazing tints.

Ventilation Options
Ventilation can be introduced to the system in a variety of methods as below:
- Glaze-in natural ventilators in both manual and 24V/240V automatic opening options
- Vent Axia fan ventiliation
- Vortice fan ventilation
Designed to achieve wind and snow loading of 0.7 KN/M² standard 16mm and 1.2KN/M² enhanced 25mm. All in accordance with BS 6399.
The solar gain (G’ value) can be improved to a more manageable level by changing to a tinted polycarbonate construction thus reducing the heat build up occurring from transmittance through the rooflight glazed area.
