Specification: 2NO 8000mm long x 7750mm tapering to 2750mm wide R.O.S., NLS NaturalSpan glass Ridgelight with gable ends. Aluminium glazing bar gasketed system with secondary water management including aluminium flashings to suit. Vertical upstand 1100mm high constructed from aluminium glazing bar and fitted with 20 banks of controllable louvre vents sitting behind 20 banks of NLS acoustic louvre vents around the perimeter. Controllable louvre vents operated via 24V dc linear actuators (all wiring by others). Maximum ventilation achievable from a fully opened louvre would be approximately 6.00m². All aluminium polyester powder coated paint finished to BS 6496 colour tint: white.
24.4mm double glazed ‘k’ glass units comprising of 6mm clear toughened outer, 6.4mm clear laminated inner with 12mm argon cavity. This glazing will achieve a U value of 1.6W/m²K
